Update: Microsoft Email Delivery Restoration in Progress

Update - August 6, 2026

Our upstream hosting provider has completed its escalation work with Microsoft, and email delivery to Microsoft consumer addresses has started working again. A successful Outlook.com delivery has been confirmed.

Microsoft advises allowing 24 to 48 hours for the change to propagate and delivery to become fully consistent. During this stabilization period, some messages to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, Live.ca or MSN.com may still be delayed or rejected.

Incoming email remains operational. Sending to Gmail, business Microsoft 365, government and other non-Microsoft consumer destinations is unaffected.

As part of the permanent remediation, direct forwarding from hosted TiVaHost email addresses to Microsoft consumer accounts has been removed. Microsoft attributes all forwarded messages, including unsolicited spam, to the forwarding server; continuing those forwarders risks repeated service-wide blocks. Direct forwarding to Hotmail, Outlook.com, Live or MSN addresses will therefore no longer be supported.

Affected forwarding customers will receive individual webmail and Outlook setup instructions after Microsoft delivery is confirmed stable.

Any message previously returned with a delivery failure was not held for later delivery and must be resent. For urgent communication during the stabilization period, please use an alternate email address or contact method.

As a goodwill gesture for this disruption, a $5.00 account credit has been applied to each active customer account. The credit will be available automatically toward a future invoice.

We will post a final update when Microsoft delivery has remained stable through the 24 to 48 hour monitoring period. Thank you for your patience.
