Please be advised that e-mail services have now been migrated to the new server.

Depending on how you access your e-mail you may have to update some settings.

If you use an application like Outlook, Thunderbird, another desktop mail client, or if you access e-mail from a mobile application, your settings may need to be modified slightly.

The following information should help:

1. Look through the settings in your e-mail application for the mail server name. Some applications ask for separate incoming and outgoing server names, some applications only ask for it once.

There are several possible scenarios:

- Your e-mail is set to use mail.tivahost.com. If so, this is correct, and no changes are required.

- Your e-mail is set to use *.gmail.com. If your email is hosted by Google, this is correct, and no changes are required.

- Your e-mail is set to use mail.YOURDOMAIN.com. If so, this needs to be corrected, please continue reading.

- Your e-mail is set to use hotel.unisonplatform.com. If so, this needs to be corrected, please continue reading.

2. If the information above indicates that you need to correct your email settings, you may use the settings below:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings

Username:

Your e-mail address

Password:

Your e-mail password

Incoming Server:

mail.tivahost.com

IMAP:

Port 993

POP3:

Port 995

Outgoing Server:

mail.tivahost.com

SMTP:

Port 465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

3. If you experience any problems sending or receiving e-mail, please send a message to support@tivahost.com so we can get the problem resolved. You can also check your e-mail from a browser at any time, using our webmail service located at https://webmail.tivahost.com. If you are having trouble sending or receiving e-mail through your desktop or mobile application, you may use webmail while we work to resolve the issue.

More information on the server migration will follow later today.

* As a result of the migration you may notice that some of your messages are marked as unread/new, even though you may have already opened that message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Regards,
TiVaHost
